Türk Telekom Ventures Supports Green Tech with Investments in Evreka and Sustainable Tech Solutions

Türk Telekom, one of Türkiye’s top telecommunications and technology firms, is expanding its investment in green technology through its venture capital arm, TT Ventures. The company is backing Evreka, a smart waste management startup focused on digitalizing waste collection and recycling processes. This investment reflects Türk Telekom Ventures' commitment to supporting environmentally sustainable solutions.

In addition to Evreka, TT Ventures is also investing in solar power plants and the E4 Electric Vehicle Charging Network, showcasing its broader push towards eco-friendly technologies. According to Muhammed Özhan, general manager of Türk Telekom Ventures, the firm is playing a crucial role in shaping the future by supporting innovative startups. He highlighted the contribution of startups from its Pilot accelerator program, such as Some Carbon, Workybe, Blok-Z, and Optiyol, all of which offer solutions aimed at enhancing environmental sustainability.

Evreka, with its circular economy approach, is transforming the waste management sector by improving operational efficiency. The company provides tailored solutions for various stages of waste management, with products like Evreka 360, Waste Dashboard, and Evreka AI. These tools help clients fully digitalize waste processes, boosting both efficiency and recycling rates.
