Nayan Tech Secures $2 Million to Boost Smart City Solutions Globally

Nayan Tech, an AI-driven startup specializing in smart city solutions, has successfully secured $2 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by BEENEXT, with participation from We Founder Circle, Venture Catalysts, Lets Venture, and FAAD Capital.

The fresh capital will enable Nayan Tech to expand its AI and IoT-powered traffic management and monitoring services across India and internationally. Their solutions cover road safety, infrastructure monitoring, and driver behavior tracking through advanced AI-powered dashcams.

Founded by Jayant Ratti, Nayan Tech offers a range of smart city services, including municipal automation, fleet management, and urban infrastructure monitoring. The platform leverages dashcams, drones, and mobile applications to gather data from vehicles, public transport, and delivery fleets. This data, analyzed by AI algorithms, helps track traffic violations, driver behavior, and road conditions.

With over 17,000 drivers contributing crowdsourced footage, Nayan Tech’s AI system continues to grow. The startup already has 35 contracted clients and 60 more in the pipeline, leading to an order book worth Rs 35 crore.
