EaseMyTrip, an online travel aggregator platform, has entered the medical tourism market by acquiring stakes in two companies. The board of directors approved the acquisition of a 30% stake in Rollins International and a 49% stake in Pflege Home Healthcare for a combined total of Rs 90 crore. According to filings with the National Stock Exchange, the payment will be made through an equity swap, with EaseMyTrip issuing shares in return.

This strategic move aims to expand EaseMyTrip’s offerings by incorporating wellness and healthcare services into its portfolio, capitalizing on the rapidly growing medical tourism sector. Pflege Healthcare, based in the UAE, provides international patients access to global medical treatments through its partnerships with leading hospitals and hotels. Rollins International, a subsidiary of Singapore's RHA Holding, specializes in wellness products, health supplements, and treatments, positioning EaseMyTrip to offer a wider range of travel and healthcare services.
