Userguest Secures $2.4M Funding to Enhance Direct Hotel Revenue Solutions

Moroccan hotel tech startup, Userguest, has secured €2.2 million (US$2.4 million) in seed funding to accelerate its growth and further develop its innovative platform. Established in 2018, Userguest provides an automated solution that boosts direct hotel revenues by personalizing messages and offering smart incentives to website visitors, increasing conversion rates.

The funding round, led by Al Mada Ventures, also saw participation from several key investors, including CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, and Plug & Play. Business angels Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman also contributed.

Userguest co-founder, Hicham Benyebdri, expressed his gratitude for the investor confidence, noting the company's strong market presence and its success in partnering with top hotel brands. With this funding, Userguest aims to expand its platform's capabilities, benefiting both hoteliers and travelers.
