Pilgrim Secures $9 Million in Series B Funding to Propel Beauty Brand Expansion
Beauty and personal care (BPC) brand Pilgrim has secured $9 million (INR 75 crore) in an extended Series B funding round, with key investments from Fireside Ventures and Vertex Ventures. According to filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) reviewed by Entrackr, Pilgrim’s board approved the issuance of 854 Series B1 and B2 preference shares at an issue price of INR 8.77 lakh each to raise the capital.
Fireside Ventures contributed INR 25 crore, while Vertex Ventures invested INR 23 crore. Additional funding of INR 27 crore came from NSFO Ventures, Mirabilis Investment, and NABS Vriddhi. The company intends to use the funds for expansion and general corporate purposes, with the possibility of raising further capital in this round.
