Delivery Hero's Acquisition in the MENAT Region

On July 21, 2023, Delivery Hero bought the remaining 37% of HungerStation shares, making them the sole owner of the company.  Delivery Hero had indirectly acquired shares of the Saudi company earlier in 2016, when it acquired FoodPanda.
