Egypt-based B-Well Holding is in advanced talks with Saudi and Emirati investors to raise $20 million in exchange for a 20% stake, according to Co-Founder Ahmed Tarek. The funding will help support a new clinic project in Egypt, part of the company's larger plan to invest $100 million over six years in healthcare expansion.

In its initial phase, B-Well aims to open between 200 and 300 clinics across seven governorates, ultimately scaling up to 1,000 clinics nationwide. The majority of the investment is expected to come from core shareholders, supplemented by Arab investors.

Tarek also disclosed plans for a medical tourism platform, set to attract patients from Europe and the Arab region. Launching in early 2025, the platform is intended to strengthen Egypt's position in medical tourism.
