Contact Pay and Basata Pay Unite to Advance Digital Payment Solutions Across Egypt

Contact Pay, a prominent subsidiary of Contact Financial Holding specializing in electronic payment solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Basata Pay, a division of Basata Holding for financial payment services. This collaboration is set to enhance Egypt’s digital payment landscape and broaden the array of financial services available through Contact Pay.

The partnership was formalized by Ali Bazaraa, Senior Product Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Contact Pay, and Mohamed Ahmed Al-Amawwy, Managing Director of Basata Pay.

The alliance will enable Contact Pay to extend its reach across Egypt by leveraging Basata’s extensive network. The integration will include the introduction of installment collection services for Contact Pay’s customers and the incorporation of Contact’s installment services into Basata’s payment terminals. This initiative aims to provide more comprehensive digital payment solutions and address the evolving needs of customers.
