Khaled A. Tash

Group Chief Marketing Officer, SAUDIA

Khaled Abdulgader Tash is the Group Chief Marketing Officer of SAUDIA. With more than two decades of experience in marketing and communications, Tash has worked in the aviation, FMCG and real estate sectors where he has led brand development, brand management, strategic launches and transformation initiatives.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science from King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and the CMO Accelerator Program in Cannes Lions.

Tash began his career in marketing with Procter & Gamble in 1999, where he was responsible for international brands such as Pampers and Pringles.

In 2005 he joined the Sunbulah Group, before moving into the real estate sector as the Director of Marketing at the newly established King Abdullah Economic City.

Between 2016-2018, Tash served as an adviser to several public entities, including the Public Investment Fund and the Ministry of Housing, as well as Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Misk Foundation.

He served as deputy governor for the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) in 2018, where he led the launch of the Kingdom’s global investment promotion brand “Invest Saudi,” with campaigns across the world.

Following that, he was appointed deputy minister for marketing and communication at SAGIA, leading the launch of the first Ministry of Investment in the Kingdom.

Tash joined SAUDIA in February 2021 to lead SAUDIA group’s brand and communication transformation to become the “Wings of Vision 2030” and the marketing efforts that aim to “bring the World to Saudi Arabia”.
