Our focus is on full-time contracts (remote or onsite), typically between 1-12 months. Our clients use us for a broad range of flexible talent needs. Recent examples include digital transformation specialists, project & programme managers, strategy consultants, data scientists, actuaries, innovation consultants, agile coaches, and business analysts. We help our talent upskill so they have better chances of landing their dream projects and charge fair rates. In addition, our members have access to an exclusive Community where they can connect with peers and experts, take part in live events, and find project collaborators.
