Invoice Bazaar was set up in 2016 as a Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance Platform based out of Dubai, UAE. It has worked with local banks/regulated funds to originate and deploy capital in Supply Chain Finance/Receivables Finance transactions. Invoice Bazaar was acquired in May 2021 by Triterras, a global fintech company co-headquartered in Dubai UAE and Singapore, and a leading innovator of inclusive finance solutions for the world's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Triterras launched and operates Kratos™, one of the world’s largest digital financing platforms, to directly connect MSMEs with lenders online and source capital across commodity trading, supply chain, logistics, and ecommerce finance.
