We are a UK-registered research and development company, we conducted and concluded in Q4 2022 a deep research in the technology market and how digital identity technology would have impacted the Government and Institution facilities. Our self-funding research has been facilitated by our involvement in the green energy solution with a USA-basedgreen company, to advise the Government about the Zero Emission waste-to-energy power plant solution. EbisBank (Electronic Banking Identity Solution), built around the ID to create the next generation of Identity aims to have a disruptive impact on the current antiquated banking identification and customer onboarding system. The project is focused on a DECENTRALIZED ECONOMY, to guarantee digital ID sovereignty, wealth sovereignty, and data privacy sovereignty, directly to the global purposes of inclusion, and sustainability where humanity is the genuine central interest. The system will collect and store all the information about the person, including biometric data, Genomic Tech (IDNA, education level, job, residence status, marital status, sale or purchase of real estate, salary, etc.). This is the reason why we like to define our solution the Genometric Digital onboarding Identity. During 3 years of research, thanks to the help of our 2 IT teams, we highlighted 3 problems: 1. Compliance, 2. cybersecurity, and 3. User/citizen support. However, going deeper we found a problem which, in our opinion, is not just a purely technical aspect, but has its roots in a much more complex aspect, that is, the trust that the operators and service providers themselves have in the same technology, without forgetting the distrust that Governments themselves and therefore citizens have when it comes to technological transition. As a team, we worked hard and in the end, after further in-depth analysis of the specific last case, with the help of sample surveys all over the world, we realized that we would have had to build a bridge to facilitate this technological transition, that is, we concentrated our total focus on building a system which has as its foundation a digital identity, not only biometric but which also has a genomic connection, to guarantee the certainty of individual digital identity unequivocally. We seek a Financial Partner to launch our unique products within Q2 2024. USE OF THE FUNDS We are currently, fundraising for a total of 10M GBP PRE-SEED ROUND, a minimum investment of TICKET of 500k GBP. Phase 1: 10M All the money will be working capital, system development, employees, offices in Dubai and London, servers, patents and brands, licenses, marketing and launch, scale and growth. In the first phase, the turnover will be generated by B2B and B2C, supplying, individual, banks, wealth management etc., In phase two in the Ebis ecosystem, we will deliver multi-service features that generate multi-profit services as we will offer people onboarding for cross-border digital payments, business hub etc. In the third, we target government facilities and institutions on a fee-per-transition PERCENTAGE basis. In 4 years we will be in IPO. There are revenue plans, rights on the IP, stakes resales and about IPO we have one firm that will follow us, this Firm specialises in IPO. WHAT WE HAVE: 1. We have unique products that do not yet exist in the entire Market Worldwide; 2. One of these products will be an absolute necessity for all individuals, governments and platforms; 3. Although we are an R&D pre-revenue company we already have pre-sales; 4. Our solutions touch various industries, including automotive, banking and finance, identity, travel and transport, health, real estate, education, and government facilities. 5. The government of Dubai shortlisted our company among 800 international and local companies, among the most futuristic and innovative companies. 6. We have 2 Teams, a Board, a Complete project including architecture, concept, and 1 winning test for a DEFI platform. 7. We received letters from the EU Central Bank, the EU President, the UK Cabinet, and PMO Singapore all waiting to test the complete prototype; 8. Currently We are ready to complete 1 prototype and register it with other 8 new brands with unique functionalities. In 6 months after the funding round completion we can generate revenue.
