Zinit, a Dubai, UAE-based AI-native sourcing platform provider, raised $8m in seed funding at a $48 million valuation.

The round was led by AltaIR Capital, with participation from DVC.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its international expansion, senior hires, and product development focused on enhancing autonomous sourcing capabilities, scaling advanced AI negotiation engines, and enabling real-time, transparent procurement workflows.

Led by Anton Buzdalin, Co-Founder and CEO, Zinit empowers procurement teams, from entry-level buyers to CPOs, to prepare and run RFPs by automating supplier discovery, RFP creation, and multi-round negotiations, embedding best practices directly into workflows. The platform aims to streamline and shorten sourcing cycles, reducing workloads without complex integrations or long IT projects.

Zinit serves more than 100 enterprise clients, including Bacardi India Private Limited, Blackberry, UFLEX Limited, and United Colors of Benetton.

To strengthen its global leadership team, Zinit has appointed Naveenn Suri as Regional Director for India, Michel Boczko as Regional Director for Latin America, and Stan Moskovtsev as CEO for the United States.
