Yaqeen Capital Begins Trading on Nomu with 3 Million Shares

Yaqeen Capital Company is set to begin the listing and trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday, June 26. The Saudi firm will list 3 million shares, representing 20% of its share capital, under the symbol 9602, according to a bourse disclosure.

The Tadawul noted that Yaqeen Capital's stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.

In the nine-month period ending September 30, 2023, Yaqeen Capital reported net profits of SAR 33.97 million, a significant increase from SAR 3.27 million in the previous year.
