Saudi's WakeCap Acquires AI-Driven Platform Crews by Core

WakeCap, a Saudi Arabian IoT platform specializing in construction project management, has acquired Crews by Core, an AI-driven project delivery platform.

The acquisition aims to create a comprehensive suite of hardware and software tools designed to enhance job site safety, productivity, and profitability. The combined technologies are already being utilized in major projects across the US, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Japan.

As part of the acquisition, WakeCap plans to establish a research and development headquarters in Silicon Valley, reinforcing its status as a global leader in construction technology.

Di-Ann Eisnor, CEO and founder of Crews by Core, expressed excitement about the partnership and acknowledged WakeCap's significant traction in the construction tech industry. She emphasized the strategic importance of Saudi Arabia for deploying their platform, given its large-scale projects.

Dr. Hassan Albalawi, CEO and founder of WakeCap, praised the technical expertise of the Crews by Core team, noting their history of building major Silicon Valley companies such as PayPal, Waze, Google Chrome, and Palantir. He expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, anticipating significant advancements in construction technology.
