Vimesoft, the developer of the data-sovereignty-focused Enterprise Messaging (VimeSpace) and AI-powered Learning Experience (VimeLXP) platforms, has completed its second funding round with $1.5 million at a valuation of $15 million.

Existing investors MADA Venture Capital, Re-Pie Portfolio Management, and Bülent Tekmen participated in the investment round, while new investors included Ziraat Portfolio, Rubellius Capital, Murat Tanrıöver, Soner Gedik, and Mustafa Alpay Güler.

The company's founding partner and CEO, MükreminSarıer, stated in his remarks regarding the investment:

“Recently, the importance of data sovereignty has been increasingly emphasized by authorities worldwide. We see that the use of global platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Zoom by institutions with high data sovereignty sensitivity is subject to various restrictions. In our country, the warnings from the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) against conducting official business and processes through foreign-origin applications such as WhatsApp in public institutions show that this transformation is inevitable for our country as well. We developed VimeSpace precisely to meet this need.

“On the other hand, with VimeLXP, we aim to create a new standard in educational technologies and achieve technological leadership in this field. While making education more interactive, we position artificial intelligence as an integral part of the learning journey and aim to increase efficiency in organizations. We digitize internal communication, information sharing, and learning processes in a secure, integrated environment.

“When VimeSpace and VimeLXP are used together, communication and learning processes are combined in a single secure infrastructure, and information flow becomes seamless; organizations gain access to a digital structure that both communicates securely and continuously learns, strengthening its corporate memory.

“We will use this new investment to further develop our products, accelerate large-scale corporate customer acquisition, and expand into international markets. I would like to thank our investors for their confidence in me, my team, and the future of our products.”
