ValU, a leading FinTech company in the MENA region, has joined forces with Visa, a global digital payments provider, to introduce an innovative prepaid ValuUcard, reshaping the landscape of payment convenience throughout Egypt.

The newly launched ValU prepaid card offers unparalleled flexibility, enabling users to seamlessly conduct transactions, whether they're purchasing goods or settling bills.

As part of ValU's dedication to enriching the payments ecosystem, users can effortlessly transfer funds from their Valu limit to the prepaid card.

Additionally, ValU has unveiled its groundbreaking product, 'Spark it', allowing customers to make payments at zero cost for up to one month.

Walid Hassouna, CEO of ValU, expressed the significance of this milestone, noting that it will facilitate payment operations in Egypt.

The partnership between ValU and Visa has been further solidified with the introduction of the prepaid card, following the successful launch of their co-branded card.

The user-friendly features of the ValU prepaid card extend to smart budgeting, offering real-time balance tracking and transaction history directly within the app, empowering customers to make informed financial decisions.

On her part, Malak El Baba, Vice President and General Manager of Visa in Egypt, expressed her happiness with the collaboration with ValU to launch the new card, confirming that it will empower ValU customers to shop comfortably and safely at various stores and electronic platforms.

Prospective cardholders can conveniently obtain the card instantly at designated ValU booths, streamlining the process for immediate accessibility.

Activation is user-friendly, requiring customers to simply link the QR code found on the card's welcome letter to the ValU app on their smartphones.
