Turkey-Based Ultegra Secures Investment in Just 4 Minutes

Pioneering the digital commerce sector with the motto "The New Name of Ultra-Fast Digital Commerce," Ultegra has managed to attract investment at a pace that lives up to its slogan. During a four-minute presentation at the Entrepreneur Stage, Yavuz Altun, CEO of Happy Center, decided to invest in the company.

Presenting under the banner of "The New Name of Ultra-Fast Digital Commerce" at the Entrepreneur Stage organized by the Eastern Mediterranean Development Agency's Entrepreneur Development Program, Ultegra swiftly secured a seven-figure investment in just 4 minutes. The investment came from Yavuz Altun, the CEO of Happy Center, a well-known figure in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and author of the book "Exponential Growth Strategy," published in both Turkish and English. Following the presentation, Altun made the decision to invest a seven-figure sum in Ultegra. Both parties have agreed to keep the investment amount confidential.

Ultegra, which offers businesses all their trade needs from A to Z in a single software solution, provides result-oriented solutions to the problems encountered by businesses by encompassing components that cover all processes related to commerce: from e-commerce infrastructure to marketplace integration, order/inventory management systems, central inventory management, payment infrastructure, e-invoice system, and more.

Established in 2019 by Osman Okan, Ömer Faruk Akaryıldız, and Duygu Erim, the venture was created by considering both the industry and the realities of Turkey based on the firsthand experiences of its founders in the e-commerce sector.
