The funding will be used to enhance Socium's HR solutions, which cater to businesses in Francophone Africa's 21 countries. Offering tools to streamline payroll, automate recruitment, and manage performance, Socium aims to solve regional challenges like complex payroll and tax compliance. Its scalable technology enables rapid expansion, onboarding new countries within just two weeks—outperforming global competitors.

With minimal local competition and increasing digitization, the HR-tech market in the region offers significant growth potential.
