Saykal Elektronik, which develops innovative solutions in mobility technologies, received $4 million in an investment round managed by Fark Labs and led by İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Renewable Energy Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund.

The company's first investor, Fark Holding, participated in the investment round with a follow-on investment, while Bilişim Vadisi GSYF and T3 GSYF, managed by APY Ventures, Anadolu Isuzu RePie Portfolio and Empa Elektronik A.Ş. were among the investors.

This investment will be used to support Saykal Elektronik's rapidly growing operations, strengthen working capital, and achieve its strategic expansion goals in the US and other international markets.

Saykal Elektronik CEO Yücel Saykal said, “With this investment, we aim to shape the future of mobility by developing innovative radar sensors and power electronics solutions that can compete on a global scale.”

Saykal stated that they are focusing on the two main problems of the mobility ecosystem: autonomy and electrification. He said, "With this development, we are taking a strong step towards becoming a global technology company by offering high value-added solutions on the autonomous electric platforms of the future."

Saykal Elektronik CTO Anıl Sırma stated, "With the unique technologies we've developed through R&D in the fields of radar sensors and power electronics, we aim to provide solutions not only for today's but also for tomorrow's mobility needs. In the post-investment period, we will further deepen both our hardware and embedded software capabilities and offer highly secure and highly sensitive systems to the global market."

Saykal Elektronik COO Ahmet Bilal Kalkan said, “This investment is a significant turning point in expanding our operational capabilities and production scale. With our advanced quality systems and lean manufacturing approach, we will respond to increasing customer demands with greater agility and scalability. We are restructuring our entire process infrastructure in line with this vision as we expand into international markets.”

Burak Sezercan, General Manager of İş Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., said, "We believe Saykal Elektronik's ability to develop high-tech solutions that can compete globally in the automotive industry's transformation to autonomous and electric vehicles, and its ability to quickly deliver these solutions to international markets thanks to its agile organizational structure, increases the strategic value and growth potential of the investment. With this investment, we not only support domestic startups within the scope of the transformation in the mobility field, but also offer our investors the opportunity to invest in globally competitive technology companies."

APY Ventures Fund Manager Mustafa Keçeli said, “Saykal Elektronik's ability to offer a wide range of end-to-end solutions makes it a strong player not only locally but also globally. Saykal's technical depth, high product quality, and scalable manufacturing infrastructure place it in a strategically important position. At APY Ventures, we believe in this vision and engineering prowess, and we are confident that Saykal will become a much larger player in the global mobility ecosystem.”
