American Express has partnered with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) to introduce a solution designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

During an interview with Mubasher at the sidelines of the Seamless Saudi Arabia 2023 conference, Fahad Mubarak Al Guthami, CEO of American Express Saudi Arabia, pointed out that this offering assists SMEs and their staff in effectively overseeing expenses and savings as part of their routine financial transactions.

Additionally, Al Guthami mentioned that the product aligns with the Kingdom's tourism industry trends by offering credit cards that offer extra nights at both local and international hotels.

The two-day event commenced in Riyadh on September 4th, with Ayman Al Sayari, the Governor of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), serving as the patron, and Mubasher Media as its media partner.

In the meantime, Checkout.com, a leading global payments solution provider, is making its debut as an exhibitor at Seamless Saudi Arabia 2023.

This conference brings together over 500 local and international companies and more than 200 tech startups. Additionally, it boasts a lineup of over 450 speakers, including notable figures such as Mazen Ghassan Pharaon, Chief Digital Officer of Riyad Bank; Fahed Ghanim, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle; Günther Helm, CEO of Cenomi Retail; and others.
