Abu Dhabi-listed healthcare provider Response Plus Holding has successfully acquired UK-based Prometheus Medical as part of its strategic global expansion initiative.

The acquisition, facilitated through its subsidiary Response Plus Medical (RPM), is anticipated to expedite RPM's market entry into the UK and Nordic region, as revealed in a statement released on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Friday (19/1).

While the exact financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, the integration of Response Plus Holding and Prometheus Medical aims to provide comprehensive solutions for target companies operating in the energy and defense sectors across the globe.
