Replenit, an AI startup founded in Poland by Turkish entrepreneurs, announced the completion of a $2.5 million pre-seed funding round for its "AI Decision Layer" solution developed for retailers. Serving global clients since its inception, the company is bringing the boundless growth approach of Turkish entrepreneurship to international markets.

The investment round was led by Movens Capital and Vastpoint. Also participating were Logo Ventures, Finberg, and Caucasus Ventures, who were among the leaders of the previous investment round. Investors included Mati Staniszewski, CEO of ElevenLabs, a global leader in voice-based AI technologies. The investment will be used to deepen product development processes, expand AI research, and grow engineering teams in Poland and the Netherlands.

Replenit operates as an “AI Decision Layer” built on top of modern commerce infrastructure. While the first wave of AI largely focused on content creation, Replenit takes this approach a step further by building a system that makes decisions and takes action. The platform automatically triggers actions that enable its clients to directly generate revenue growth.

Replenit is transforming artificial intelligence into a decision-making system.

The company is developing a cognitive layer that analyzes customers with a human-like understanding using a scientific "Theory of Mind" approach, built upon retailers' complex data infrastructures. This structure aims to transform existing martech and commerce systems into an "Autonomous Decision Engine," specifically targeting revenue growth in the post-purchase process.

Replenit CPO Ömer Özden stated in a press release regarding the matter: “Most retail systems optimize implementation. We optimize strategy and decision-making. At Replenit, our focus is on enabling companies to make not only faster but also more accurate and contextual decisions.”

Replenit defines a new category it calls "Autonomous Decision-Making Infrastructure" in the new era where retail is shifting from "gathering more data" to "predictable and rapid action." This approach is already being actively used by industry-leading brands:

  • L'Occitane: Replenit accurately predicted the timing of repeat purchases by analyzing customers' individual consumption patterns, resulting in a 235% increase in post-purchase revenue.
  • ebebek: Its autonomous decision-making model, capable of identifying customer needs before they are even expressed, currently generates 18.1% of the brand's total automation revenue. The goal is to reach 55% by the end of 2026.

These results demonstrate that Replenit is not merely a tool for improving operational efficiency, but a critical technological infrastructure that transforms customer data into directly measurable revenue growth.

Unlike typical early-stage startups, Replenit is led by a team with deep experience in developing scalable technology. The company's long-term goal is to make Replenit the "central nervous system of global commerce" and build a fully autonomous "commercial operating system."

Combining doctoral-level scientific expertise with large-scale corporate collaborations across Europe, MENA, and Latin America, the team is laying the foundation for a new global standard in retail intelligence. Replenit is preparing for a planned and scalable entry into the US market, not through trial and error, but with a robust strategy tested in diverse and complex markets.
