Rentify Launches AI-Powered Renewal Command Center for UAE Rental Operations

19 August 2026•

UAE fintech and proptech startup Rentify has launched Renewal Command Center, the third specialised AI agent within Earn AI, its AI-native operating system for rental operations.

The new AI agent is designed to manage the end-to-end rental renewal workflow, including lease generation, tenancy agreements, tenant intelligence, insurance, Open Banking and payments across the UAE's Emirates.

Earn AI currently supports property portfolios representing more than AED 22 billion ($6 billion) in real estate assets and more than AED 1.3 billion in annual rental value. The scale indicates that AI-native tools are already being adopted by large property portfolios to manage increasingly complex rental operations.

How Does Earn AI Change Property Management Operations?

Traditional property management software primarily records and organizes information. Earn AI is designed to go further by identifying what requires attention, preparing the necessary work and coordinating execution.

Property managers can upload spreadsheets, lease agreements and fragmented portfolio information, which Earn AI converts into a live, structured portfolio view in under 60 seconds.

The platform uses specialised AI agents, each with a defined operational responsibility, while approval workflows keep property managers in control of important decisions.

Earn AI AgentCore Responsibility
Intelligence AgentConverts spreadsheets, lease agreements and fragmented property data into a structured intelligence layer across an entire portfolio.
Collections AgentAutomates rent collection, payment coordination and portfolio-wide collections management.
Renewal Command CenterManages the end-to-end renewal workflow, including lease generation, tenant intelligence, insurance, Open Banking and payments across the UAE.

This agent-based approach allows individual operational functions to be automated without removing human oversight from critical property management decisions.

Why Are Rental Renewals a Major Operational Challenge?

Rental renewals represent a significant recurring workload for property managers because nearly 80% of residential tenants renew their tenancy agreements each year.

For property managers overseeing large UAE portfolios, renewals are only one part of a broader operational workload. Teams must also coordinate:

  • Tenant onboarding and documentation
  • Rent collection and payment coordination
  • Lease generation and tenancy agreements
  • Insurance requirements
  • Compliance processes
  • Tenant information and affordability assessments
  • Financial coordination across multiple systems

As portfolios expand, the number of operational tasks can increase faster than the size of the teams managing them.

Rentify's approach is to use specialised AI agents to absorb repetitive workflows while leaving approval, judgement and relationship management with property professionals.

How Will Rentify Integrate Insurance, Open Banking and Payments?

Renewal Command Center also connects rental renewals with embedded financial services.

Through Rentify's Rent Shield, developed in partnership with YallaCompare, landlords and tenants can access rental insurance during the renewal process.

The platform also integrates with Spare, an open finance provider, to support:

  • Open Finance-powered affordability assessments
  • Pay-by-Bank payment orchestration
  • Integration with Rentify's existing digital payment infrastructure
  • Embedded financial services within the rental renewal workflow

By bringing these capabilities into a single renewal process, Rentify aims to reduce the need for property managers and tenants to move between disconnected systems.

What Did Rentify's Founders Say About the New AI Agent?

Rajneel Kumar, Co-founder of Rentify, said the company developed Earn AI around the principle that technology should handle operational work while property managers focus on outcomes for landlords and tenants.

“We built Earn AI around a simple idea that technology should handle the operational heavy lifting so property managers can focus on outcomes for landlords and tenants.”

Kumar added that Renewal Command Center applies this model to one of property management's most repetitive workflows by bringing together renewals, tenant intelligence, Open Banking, embedded insurance and payments while keeping critical decisions with human operators.

Rashed Hareb, Co-founder and CEO of Rentify, argued that property managers need operational capacity rather than additional dashboards.

“Property managers don’t need more dashboards. They need greater operational capacity.”

Hareb said Rentify expects specialised AI counterparts to emerge across major operational functions within property management over the next decade, with Earn AI designed to coordinate those AI-driven workflows through a single operating system.

What Does Rentify's AI Strategy Mean for the Future of Property Management?

Rentify's strategy reflects a broader shift from software that simply stores and displays information toward AI systems capable of executing operational workflows.

Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for property managers, Rentify is building Earn AI around the concept of a specialised AI workforce. Each agent handles a defined operational function, while human teams retain oversight of decisions that require judgement.

With Earn AI already supporting AED 22 billion+ ($6 billion+) in real estate assets and AED 1.3 billion+ in annual rental value, Rentify is positioning its AI-native operating system around the operational complexity of large-scale rental portfolios.

The launch of Renewal Command Center adds another layer to that strategy, extending AI automation from portfolio intelligence and collections into the recurring renewal cycle.

For property managers, the potential value is less about replacing existing teams and more about increasing the amount of portfolio activity each team can manage without adding equivalent administrative overhead.
