Abu Dhabi-based Realize and Neovision Wealth Management have jointly launched a groundbreaking investment vehicle to tokenize U.S. Treasury ETFs. Named the Realize T-BILLS Fund, this innovative fund will invest in BlackRock's iShares and State Street’s SPDR ETFs, converting them into digital tokens on blockchain networks. Co-founder Dominik Schiener revealed ambitions for the fund to reach $200 million.

Realize will handle the tokenization process, while Neovision oversees fund management, making it the first tokenized fund registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. The digital $RBILL token will represent fund units on both the IOTA and Ethereum blockchains.

Tokenized Treasuries, a fast-growing crypto segment worth $2.4 billion, combine blockchain's versatility with the stability of U.S. Treasury-backed assets. Industry leaders like BlackRock have already entered this space, with BlackRock’s Ethereum-based tokenized fund, BUIDL, currently valued at $530 million.
