Rafinera Cloud Kitchen Raises $2.7 Million to Expand Nationwide

Turkish cloud kitchen startup Rafinera Cloud Kitchen (RCK) has raised $2.7 million in a funding round led by Cookshop Brands Group’s parent company, EFK, and Kazancı Holding. With this latest investment, Rafinera’s total funding has reached $5 million, bringing its valuation close to $20 million.
The funding round, which saw Cookshop become Rafinera’s major shareholder, included participation from 12 existing investors such as Nevzat Aydın, Tuba Yazıcı, and Bülent Aksu.
Rafinera Cloud Kitchen, known for creating and operating delivery-focused restaurant brands, currently manages 30 active brands across eight locations in Istanbul. The company plans to accelerate its growth and expand its network under Cookshop’s strategic leadership, aiming to become Turkey’s largest cloud kitchen chain.
The partnership will also integrate Cookshop classics into RCK’s delivery menu while featuring Rafinera’s healthy offerings in Cookshop’s dine-in menus. Cookshop plans to expand its presence from 65 to 100 locations within three years and scale RCK to 100 cloud kitchens, targeting 25 million customers annually.
