Omantel, Oman's primary provider of integrated telecommunications and ICT services, has unveiled a pioneering partnership with CC Energy Development (CCED), a key player in the country's oil and gas sector. The collaboration aims to spearhead a transformation in Oman's energy industry.

At the heart of this strategic alliance lies the commencement of an ambitious Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project set to revolutionize Oman's energy landscape. The collaboration entails a long-term agreement, with Omantel set to implement advanced cloud-based solutions across CCED's financial, supply chain, and human capital management sectors.

By amalgamating Omantel's telecommunications proficiency with CCED's industry expertise, the venture aspires to usher in unprecedented levels of efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness within Oman's oil and gas domain.

In a statement to the press, Talal al Mamari, CEO of Omantel, expressed enthusiasm about embarking on this transformative journey alongside CCED. Al Mamari highlighted the partnership's significance in driving digital innovation and operational excellence within Oman's energy sector. He emphasized the utilization of cloud technology to propel CCED towards enhanced efficiency and resilience.
