Omani Treasury Bills Worth $124M Launched with 4% Yields

Oman’s Ministry of Finance has announced the issuance of treasury bills worth OMR 48 million ($124 million) at competitive interest rates surpassing 4%.

The issuance is divided into two tranches, with OMR 33 million maturing in 91 days at a minimum yield of 4.12360% and an accepted price of OMR 98.866 per OMR 100.

Meanwhile, the OMR 15 million tranche matures in 28 days, offering a minimum yield of 4.59914% and an accepted price of OMR 99.685 per OMR 100.

The Central Bank of Oman is managing this government securities issuance to meet short-term financing needs.
