Odarama Raises $300,000 to Expand Globally and Redefine Room Rentals in Turkey

22 August 2024

Odarama, a digital marketplace specializing in room rentals, has successfully raised TRY 10 million (USD 300,000) in funding from a group of investors comprising prominent figures in finance, IT, and service industries. Currently serving key locations in Turkey such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bodrum, and Cappadocia, Odarama plans to expand its services to major global business hubs like London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Dubai by 2025.

Inspired by the U.S.-based Airbnb model, Odarama adapts this concept to Turkey, focusing on meeting rooms, event spaces, and hybrid offices. The platform allows both individual and corporate users to rent spaces that suit their specific meeting or event themes. With a network of over a thousand venues, Odarama offers flexible rental options, including daily, periodic, or seasonal leases. The platform also provides detailed analytics for users, all without additional service fees.

Odarama primarily caters to corporate clients, enabling users to select the ideal event space, meeting room, or hybrid office based on the number of participants and preferred location. The company also offers additional services to diversify event and meeting content. According to Odarama's CEO, Emre Demir, the platform simplifies corporate procurement processes with features like easy service additions and fast quote generation. Visitors to Odarama.com can filter partners by criteria and themes, compare options, and review feedback from previous clients.
