Main Marks Developments Unveils MORAY: A Mega Real Estate Project in New Cairo
Main Marks Developments has officially launched its ambitious project, MORAY, spanning over 16.5 feddans in New Cairo, with a staggering investment exceeding EGP 12 billion.
The real estate venture aims for targeted sales reaching around EGP 34 billion, aligning with the company's strategic initiative to broaden and diversify its investment portfolio.
Main Marks Developments, a real estate firm boasting an Egyptian-Emirati partnership, is a collaboration among three key Egyptian strategic partners, including WEALTH Real Estate Developments, a company with over two decades of expertise in real estate development.
Additionally, HTD Properties, known for its substantial real estate projects in New Cairo, and Al Hayat Construction and Development Company, with nearly two decades of experience in real estate development, are integral contributors.
The Emirati partner, Rawabi Alain, stands out as one of the largest real estate development companies in the UAE, having successfully delivered approximately 150 projects in the region.
George Ghanem, CEO of Main Marks Developments, shared in a press conference on Sunday that MORAY represents a mixed-use project encompassing serviced units, commercial and administrative spaces, and medical facilities, with an anticipated sales value of around EGP 34 billion. The comprehensive project caters to the needs of multinational companies, offering commercial units for sale with advance rental contracts for prominent international brands across various sectors, including restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and renowned fashion houses. The development also allocates space for clinics, cosmetic treatment centers, and dental clinics, managed by an international company specializing in medical properties.
Main Marks Developments commits to delivering the first phase of this ambitious project within a mere three years, with Arkan Consultant serving as the general consultant and ARC 5 Studio as the project consultant.
The construction is entrusted to an international Emirati company.
