LabLabee Aims for EMEA and US Markets After $3.4 Million Funding Success
Algerian edtech startup LabLabee has raised $3.4 million in seed funding to drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) within the telecommunications industry and other sectors.
The funding round, led by Reach Capital with participation from Classera, Brighteye Ventures, and e& capital, also attracted notable investors like Cedric Sellin and Mohammed Husamaddin.
With this fresh infusion of capital, LabLabee aims to expand its reach across the EMEA region and into the US market. The company plans to collaborate with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to facilitate this growth. Additionally, LabLabee is set to enhance its educational offerings by adding new hands-on labs covering technologies from VMware, Redhat, and Windriver.
In its mission to improve the learning experience, LabLabee incorporates innovative tools like sandbox learning environments, allowing users to learn, practice, and test their skills on one platform. The startup also plans to expand its course catalog with topics related to Industry 4.0, telecom security, AI, and edge computing.
To support its ambitious growth strategy, LabLabee is looking to expand its international team by hiring engineering, sales, and customer support professionals.
