LAAM Raises $5.5 Million Seed Funding to Scale South Asian Fashion Globally

Pakistan-based e-commerce platform LAAM Technologies has raised $5.5 million in a seed funding round led by Disrupt.com and Zayn VC, with additional support from Graph Ventures, Mentors Fund, and tech leaders from Oracle, Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce.
The funding will help LAAM expand its platform, spotlight regional artisans, and showcase South Asian ethnic fashion to a global audience. Currently selling in over 100 countries, LAAM’s top markets include the US, Canada, the UK, the Middle East, and Pakistan. The platform’s AI-driven technology enhances product discovery and logistics, bridging the gap between global consumers and authentic South Asian craftsmanship.
