Morocco's KWIKS Aims for Global Expansion with $800K Investment in AI Recruitment
KWIKS, a Morocco-based AI-driven recruitment startup, has successfully raised 8 million dirhams (around $800,000) from venture capital firm Azur Innovation Management (AIM). This investment will enable KWIKS to scale up its AI-powered hiring solutions, offering faster and more cost-effective recruitment services to businesses.
KWIKS aims to transform traditional hiring practices by leveraging artificial intelligence to connect employers with independent headhunters. The startup's platform promises to reduce recruitment time by two-thirds and slash costs by half, providing companies with a competitive advantage in the tight job market.
Among the platform's standout features is an AI pre-screening tool, HAFIDA, which automates video interviews and uses machine learning algorithms to assess candidate qualifications. Additionally, KWIKS offers a tool called R2DS, which generates comprehensive reports on candidates, offering a deeper analysis beyond typical CV evaluations.
According to Amine Khayatei Houssaini, CEO of KWIKS, this funding will enhance the platform’s functionality and support its global expansion plans. KWIKS intends to leverage the growing demand for AI in recruitment, with the global market expected to exceed $3 billion by 2027.
This fresh capital injection is not only pivotal for KWIKS’ growth in Morocco but also positions it to become a key global player in the AI recruitment industry.
