Keep Gains $2.7M Backing from Industry Leaders for Open-Source Alert Automation

Tel Aviv-based startup Keep, an open-source alert management and automation platform, has secured $2.7 million in pre-seed funding. The investment round was led by Runa Capital, Firestreak, and prominent founders from Elastic, PagerDuty, Sentry, NGINX, and Epsagon. Additional support came from Y Combinator and key angel investors, including Shay Baron (Elastic), Andrew Miklas (PagerDuty), David Cramer (Sentry), Maxim Konovalov (NGINX), and Nizam Shapira (Epsagon).
Founded in 2023 by Tal Borenstein, Shahar Glazner, and Matvey Kukuy, Keep focuses on providing enterprises with an AI-driven open-source platform that helps manage thousands of daily alerts. The platform integrates with existing observability tools, offering advanced alert correlation services powered by proprietary AI models.
Since its 2023 launch, Keep's platform has gained strong momentum, achieving over 3,000 stars on GitHub, 400 community members, and 60 contributors. The new funding will be used to accelerate AI research and expand the platform's capabilities for enterprise customers.
