InvoiceQ Secures $1.2 Million Pre-Series A Funding to Boost Regional Growth
Jordan-based SaaS company InvoiceQ has raised $1.2 million in a pre-Series A funding round with support from local investors, including Oasis 500, Orange VC, Flat6Labs, Natej Soft, and several angel investors. The investment was finalized with legal assistance from Kassim Legal, a boutique law firm specializing in startups.
Founded in 2020 by Muhannad Tobal, Fadi Al-Jabali, Amer Ayyad, and Mohammad Baseet, InvoiceQ operates in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, offering tailored e-invoicing solutions that streamline invoice management.
The newly secured funds will support InvoiceQ’s regional expansion plans, targeting Oman, Egypt, UAE, and the broader GCC market. CEO Muhannad Tobal highlighted the company's achievements, noting over 50 million invoices issued to date, and emphasized plans to capitalize on the growing demand for digital invoicing solutions in the MENA region.
