Riyadh is set to host a landmark moment for Saudi Arabia’s gaming industry as venture capital firm Impact46 prepares to announce its largest investment to date: the Kammelna deal. The signing ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the Foundry Stage of the Next Gen Sports Conference (NGSC25), held in parallel with the Esports World Cup at the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh.

The agreement is being hailed as the largest gaming transaction in the region and a uniquely Saudi success story, underscoring the growing role of venture capital in scaling local studios to global markets.

The ceremony will feature remarks and media availability from Mr. Abdulaziz Alomran, Co-Founder & CEO of Impact46; Ms. Basmah Alsinaidi, Managing Partner at Impact46; and Mr. Bader Alzamil, CEO of Kammelna.

Impact46 described the deal as a pivotal milestone for the Kingdom’s fast-growing gaming ecosystem, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global hub for digital entertainment and esports. Just last week, the firm invested in 5 gaming studios from its gaming fund.

Exclusive interviews with Impact46 executives and Kammelna leadership will be available for media outlets following the signing.
