Hunch Secures $23 Million in Series A Funding to Expand in the U.S. and India

Hunch, a Dubai-based social discovery app that fosters honest and anonymous discussions, has secured $23 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Alpha Wave and Hashed, among other investors. This funding will be used to launch the app in the U.S. and expand further in India.

Launched in December 2022 by CEO Ish Goel, CPO Nitika Goel, and CMO Kartic Rakhra, Hunch enables users to engage anonymously through polls on various topics such as pop culture, gaming, finance, and relationships. The platform has already generated over 640,000 polls, gathering more than 25 million user opinions. Hunch operates out of Dubai, with additional offices in India and Singapore.
