HealthFab, a menstrual hygiene startup, has raised Rs 20 crore ($2.1 million) in a Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital.

The proceeds will be used to expand its period care product portfolio, scale distribution across quick commerce and general trade, and increase manufacturing capacity.

Founded in 2019 by Kiriti Acharjee, Sourav Chakrabarty, and Satyajit Chakraborty, HealthFab focuses on reusable period products and broader menstrual wellness solutions. It is known for its reusable period underwear product, GoPadFree.

The startup claims to have grown 3x year-on-year and ranks among the top brands in the reusable period underwear category on Amazon India. It currently serves over 5 lakh users and is targeting 5 million users over the next three years.

HealthFab is expanding beyond D2C into offline and quick commerce channels to reach new users, including first-time adopters of alternative period care products.

The brand plans to strengthen digital engagement and improve retention as it builds a broader product suite across energy, sleep, and pain management.
