GLO Ventures and Riyadah Solutions have completed a strategic investment round to support the smart mobility sector in Saudi Arabia, as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy to accelerate the development of the digital transportation ecosystem and advance innovative mobility solutions originating from Riyadh and expanding into global markets.

The investment round targets the development of an integrated platform providing fleet management services and vehicle rentals across multiple models, including traditional rental, shared mobility, and self-service solutions, in addition to telematics and remote control services offered by both GLO Ventures and Riyadah Solutions.

The platform aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and strengthen the local innovation ecosystem, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives related to digital transformation and industrial leadership.

The investment is focused on building a robust technological infrastructure that connects vehicles, systems, and users, while supporting fleet automation and activating IoT-based solutions within the mobility sector.
