Eccentric Raises $5 Million to Expand Global 3D Visualization Platform

Eccentric, formerly known as Eccentric Engine, a leading 3D technology partner for automotive companies, has raised $5 million (₹43 crore) in its first external funding round. The Pre-Series A funding was co-led by Exfinity Venture Partners and Arkam Ventures. The funds will support Eccentric's international expansion and further development of its proprietary One3D platform, which aims to make 3D visualization accessible worldwide.
Founded in 2012 by Gaurav Rane and Varun Shah, Eccentric addresses the automotive industry's need for interactive and immersive vehicle visualization. Its One3D platform overcomes challenges such as high costs, latency, and hardware requirements by offering real-time 3D rendering optimized for online retail. This platform leverages years of automotive insights to provide life-like, intuitive experiences for OEMs and dealerships, integrating seamlessly into their workflows.
