E Daddy, a company dedicated to sustainable urban mobility, is set to make a significant impact on the UAE’s electric vehicle market, having secured a $15 million (approximately AED 55 million) investment. The company's manufacturing operations are based in Dubai Industrial City and the National Industries Park.

E Daddy is gearing up to introduce its first fully electric motorcycle by the first quarter of 2025. This innovative vehicle, designed to produce zero tailpipe emissions, is expected to reduce carbon emissions by an estimated 0.6 million tonnes annually.

Mansoor Ali Khan Abdul Buhari, founder and CEO of E Daddy, said, "We are proud to be the first company to manufacture vehicles end-to-end in Dubai, and are committed to championing the development of eco-friendly automobiles while serving the UAE in its endeavour to create a more sustainable future. Our electric two-wheelers are designed with the specific requirements of the UAE in mind, from temperature control to reducing emissions and enhancing the safety of last-mile delivery drivers."

The company is also enhancing its vehicles with advanced battery technology, including self-diagnostic systems and a double-layer cooling system. These features are designed to ensure optimal battery performance even in extreme temperatures of up to 50°C, positioning E Daddy as a frontrunner in the evolving mobility sector.

“With this $15 million investment, our vision of creating a future where transportation is sustainable, efficient, and accessible is becoming a reality,” said Yasmeen Jawahar Ali, co-founder and COO of E Daddy. “We envision a world where clean, sustainable energy is not a luxury but a readily accessible necessity for all.”

E Daddy plans to expand its operations beyond the UAE to serve the broader GCC region and the African continent, leveraging its UAE-based facilities.
