Sabancı Holding's DxBV Acquires a 65% Stake in Bulutistan with a $39 Million Investment

Sabancı Holding’s digital-focused global technology company, Dx Technology Services and Investment BV (DxBV), acquired a 65% stake in Bulutistan, equivalent to 1,097,330 Turkish Lira in nominal value, on August 23, 2024, for approximately $39 million. This acquisition increased Sabancı Group’s total effective ownership in the company to 75.5%.

Through this strategic move, DxBV aims to expand its presence in regional and international markets with Bulutistan.

Max Speur, Sabancı Holding’s Digital Group President, stated, "In recent years, Sabancı Group has made significant investments reflecting our commitment to digital technologies.
