CommBox, a developer of AI-driven customer experience platforms, announced a $15 million growth investment from PSG Equity on Monday. This follows PSG's initial investment in 2021.

Since its founding in 2013, CommBox has empowered brands to manage customer interactions seamlessly across multiple channels through a unified platform. Its solutions incorporate digital engagement tools, business automation, conversational AI, and generative AI-powered chatbots.

The platform is designed to help organizations streamline customer inquiries, improve service team productivity, and meet the demands of a digital-first world. With a focus on security, CommBox deploys AI bots capable of handling complex queries, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring personalized service—all while minimizing compliance risks.

“Our platform enables rapid deployment of conversational AI for enterprises, automating customer interactions and business processes whilst ensuring enterprise-level protection and privacy to secure AI deployments,” said Dvir Hoffman, CEO of CommBox. “Through PSG’s strategic investment, we will seek to grow our footprint in Europe and North America, as well as further boost our already expansive R&D in AI and harness this to continue enhancing our platform’s capabilities.”
