Turkish AI startup Artiwise, which has seen its business triple in size over the past year, has secured an additional $750,000 in funding from Boğaziçi Ventures. The investment values the company at $15 million.
Artiwise offers an AI-driven Customer Voice Platform, helping businesses achieve sustainable customer satisfaction. The platform analyzes customer feedback from various channels—such as inbound and outbound call centers, web chats, surveys, and social media—in real-time, enabling companies to make strategic decisions that enhance the customer experience at every stage of the journey.
With this new funding, Artiwise aims to expand its operations across Europe and the MENA region.
