Anda Secures $3.45M Seed Funding to Transform Angola’s Motorcycle Taxi Market

Angolan mobility technology platform Anda has raised €3 million ($3.45 million) in seed funding, co-led by Breega and Speedinvest.

Anda aims to formalise Angola’s vast informal motorcycle taxi market by providing drivers with asset financing through a drive-to-own model. The company also offers ride-hailing and last-mile logistics services for consumers and businesses.

Founded by Sergio Tati and Joerg Nuehrmann, Anda seeks to give drivers ownership, stability and greater economic opportunity through its financing model.
