Amazon Creators Foundry Opens Applications for 20 UAE Creators

28 August 2026•

Amazon Ads and Creators HQ have opened applications for the Amazon Creators Foundry, a six-month program supporting 20 UAE-based creators in launching products on Amazon.ae. Applications run from August 26 to September 9, 2026. Selected participants will receive storefront, advertising, fulfillment, mentorship, and global selling support.

What Is the Amazon Creators Foundry?

Creators HQ, the first dedicated creators’ hub in the UAE and Middle East and part of Visioneers, has partnered with Amazon Ads to launch the Amazon Creators Foundry, a program designed to help UAE-based content creators turn their audiences into scalable e-commerce businesses.

First unveiled during the fourth 1 Billion Followers Summit in January 2026, the initiative is positioned as a first-of-its-kind program in the region. It will help selected creators launch and scale their own products on Amazon.ae, while providing pathways to sell through Amazon stores internationally.

Applications are open from August 26 to September 9, 2026, with 20 creators set to be selected following an evaluation against the program's eligibility criteria.

The initiative forms part of a strategic collaboration between Creators HQ and Amazon Ads to support the UAE's growing creator economy and connect digital influence with commercial opportunities.

How Does the Amazon Creators Foundry Work?

The program provides selected creators with six months of structured support, covering the process of establishing an e-commerce business, launching products, building visibility, and expanding internationally.

Participants will receive support across the following areas:

The program combines operational support with advertising resources intended to help creators establish their brands on Amazon.ae.

Selected participants will receive:

  • Up to $100,000 in Amazon DSP media budget per creator to support full-funnel advertising.
  • $2,000 in Amazon Sponsored Ads incentive matching per creator to kick-start advertising campaigns.
  • A dedicated account manager throughout the six-month journey.
  • Fast-tracked onboarding with priority handling from the start of the program.
  • Custom Amazon storefront designs and premium SEO listings.
  • Recommended Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) setup.
  • Amazon Ads upskilling workshops.

  • Semi-annual mentorship sessions led by Amazon senior leadership.

Beyond Amazon.ae, eligible creators will also have access to Amazon's international selling program, allowing them to list and sell products across Amazon stores globally.

According to the initiative, this gives participants potential access to hundreds of millions of customers worldwide across North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

Who Is Eligible for the Amazon Creators Foundry?

The program is targeted at established UAE-based creators who have already demonstrated both audience reach and commercial activity.

Applicants must meet the following core requirements:

  1. Be based in the UAE.
  2. Have an existing retail presence, such as selling products through social media or other channels.
  3. Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Dubai e-commerce trade license.
  4. Have a minimum audience reach of 100,000 followers.
  5. Meet the remaining eligibility requirements specified in the program's official terms and conditions.

Applications are open from August 26 through September 9, 2026 via the official Creators HQ application page.

How Will Creators HQ and Amazon Support the UAE’s Creator Economy?

The Amazon Creators Foundry reflects a broader shift in the creator economy from monetizing audience attention toward building owned products, brands, and businesses.

Her Excellency Alia Al Hammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office and CEO of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, said the initiative reflects the UAE's broader approach to strategic transformation by helping move the creator economy toward sustainable investment and cross-border digital commerce.

Al Hammadi described the program as a model for enabling creators to expand their businesses and contribute to digital economic growth.

She also highlighted Creators HQ's objective of strengthening the UAE's position as a global hub for talent and creative industries by creating an ecosystem that gives creators access to tools, facilities, partnerships, and investment incentives.

The partnership with Amazon Ads extends that ecosystem into digital commerce, giving creators a direct route from content creation to product development, e-commerce, advertising, fulfillment, and international distribution.

Why Is Amazon Creators Foundry Significant for Digital Entrepreneurship?

The initiative brings together three parts of the digital economy that have traditionally operated separately: creator influence, e-commerce infrastructure, and digital advertising.

Rayan Karaky, Managing Director of Amazon Ads for EMEA and Southeast Asia, said the program is intended to give UAE creators the infrastructure needed to translate their influence into longer-term businesses, from product launches through global expansion.

The structure of the program is significant because creators enter with an existing audience of at least 100,000 followers and an existing retail presence. Rather than starting with audience acquisition, the program focuses on converting established influence into scalable commercial ventures.

For Amazon, the initiative also creates a pipeline of creator-led brands that can sell through Amazon.ae and potentially expand across international Amazon marketplaces.

For the UAE, it supports the development of a creator economy that extends beyond content production into entrepreneurship, e-commerce, brand building, and cross-border trade.

When Can Creators Apply for Amazon Creators Foundry?

Applications for the Amazon Creators Foundry are open from August 26 to September 9, 2026. A total of 20 creators will be selected based on the program's eligibility and evaluation criteria.

The selected creators will then enter a six-month consultancy and support program covering business setup, Amazon.ae onboarding, storefront creation, product listings, FBA, advertising, training, and mentorship.
