ALAREEB Holding has announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in Two Sides Productions, a company specializing in audiovisual content production. This strategic move aims to strengthen ALAREEB’s presence in the media sector and expand its creative content production across local and regional markets.
The acquisition agreement was signed in Riyadh in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Al Obeid, Chairman of ALAREEB Holding, and Mr. Abdullah Al Harbi, CEO of Two Sides Productions.
This initiative is part of ALAREEB Holding’s broader vision to expand into high-value creative sectors, particularly the media industry, which continues to flourish amid rapid digital transformation. The company aims to produce advanced media content aligned with global trends and to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 in promoting the role of national media.
