ADNEC Group, a subsidiary of Modon Holding, has announced its full acquisition of Abu Dhabi’s Royal Catering Services.

While the financial details remain undisclosed, the acquisition is seen as a strategic move to strengthen ADNEC’s Capital Catering division, particularly in the aviation, defence, and healthcare sectors.

This acquisition is expected to boost production capacity, with Royal Catering’s additional facilities enhancing ADNEC’s operational capabilities.

ADNEC believes the move aligns with its broader growth strategy, enabling the company to take on larger contracts.

Modon Holding, the parent company, oversees real estate management in the UAE, with majority shareholders including ADQ and IHC.
