Which MENA Countries Account for Largest Funding Raised by Foodtech Scaleups?

Since 2010, there have been 138 foodtech scaleups in MENA that have raised $1M or more each, accounting for US $4.2 billion in cumulative Foodtech funding in the region. Israeli foodtech scaleups have raised 49% of this value, followed by the UAE (31%) and Saudi Arabia (12%). But funding has been steadily increasing; in the past 2 years alone, Foodtech funding has exceeded $2 billion, accounting for nearly half of all funding across the past 12 years.
