The United Arab Emirates has a young population with its median age at just 32.6 years old. Youthful nations are common in this part of the world, similar to countries like Israel (30.5), Saudi Arabia (31.8), and Qatar (32.8).

The country is not only full of young people, but the country itself is relatively young.

The UAE celebrated its’ 50th anniversary in 2021, and has sprawled up from the desert and made the dramatic transition from date farming and pearl fishing to become home to the sprawling modern metropolis it is today in five short decades.
